01. Cutting 100+ Year Aged Wood
We source 100% Papua-origin Merbau wood, some of which is over 100 years old. This ensures that our wood has the density and strength required for premium applications
02. Shaping and Sizing
The cut wood is then shaped into desired sizes and forms.This includes creating sawn timber, decking materials, flooring planks, and paneling.
3. Chemically Treating
The shaped Merbau wood undergoes a rigorous chemical treatment process. This enhances its durability,making it resistant to pests, termites, and environmental damage.
04.Kiln Dried Process
Kiln drying is a controlled process that speeds up the natural process of removing moisture from wood.Process up to 21 days to reduce moisture content to 18%
05.Quality Testing
Every piece of wood is subjected to stringent quality tests. We check for structural integrity, durability,and resistance to pests and weather conditions.
